Soushouryuu - Twin Rising Dragons
Soushouryuu is a kenjutsu technique using weapon summoning. this kenjutsu technique requires an advantage of deadly accurate ability to throw edged weapons. The user generally only uses this technique to counter multiple enemys. To begin, the user will remove their two scrolls and set them on the ground, after forming the necessary hand seals, the two scroll rise into the air and begin to swirl around a middle vortex. The user then uses this space to launch themself into the air between the spinning scrolls. From these scrolls they can then summon their weapons which he then begins to throw at their opponent. If the first barrage fails, they can use wires that run from each weapon to her fingertips to pull them back into the air to strike at her opponent again. Unfortunately this attack is very vulnerable to wind based attacks.

Chakra no Ito - Chakra Threads
Chakra no Ito is a secret Ninjutsu technique of the Fuuma Clan. The ninja will create threads of chakra which will start at their heart's chakra circulatory system and extend outwards. These threads can then be wound around their opponents body and internal organs. This essentially will tie their two hearts together and make them become one. Once fully in sync, the ninja's chakra circulatory system can control their opponents system, so if the ninja dies, their opponent dies as well.
The threads themselves are not easily cut by normal means, only a special Fuuma clan tag can cut the strings.

History/Background Story: negumi was a member of the rice field countrys fuuma clan. When she was a small child a missing-nin came and rercriuted many of the failing clans members into his fighting force. Negumi was among the few who were left behind or resisted the outlaws promises. The remenants of the fuuma clan wandred around the many different countries looking for a place in which to live, they found this safe haven in a border town in the fire country. The young ones from the fuuma clan were trained in the ways of the fuuma clans warfare and bloodline. When she reached the age of which she could graduate to genin konoha anbu came and found the small fuuma clan, many of the best shinobi were taken to konoha to serve the hokage, negumi was recruited as a genin as her mother was scouted.

After many years negumi rose to anbu, learning along the way the power of ice jutsu and studying kenjutsu. After a long ordeal of fighting and subterfuge under the anbu, negumi was assigned a mission along with some other anbu units, the mission was to hunt down a missing-nin and kill them. they hunted him down and entered his hq, their squad was annihlated leaving only a few to escape. in the escape negumi hid and saw a person in a cage, their eyes glowed with the rinnegan. the child attacked her and cut her down, Negumi was wounded and left by the fleeing survivors. The second group of anbu came and won the battle, taking both negumi, the child and some others back to konoha. Negumi was then taken along with the child to the reaserch labs, she was used as a test subject to observe how the power of the rinnegan could take host bodies, the rinnegans host technique was successful and negumi was brought under the control of dokurou but the observation was unsuccessful and the scientists were unable to unlock the secrets of the rinnegan.
